- Management and continuous development of our social media channels (in particular LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Creation and planning of content (posts, stories, short-form videos)
- Analysis of content performance and derivation of optimization measures
- Research on current trends and formats within the social media landscape
- Support in maintaining and further developing our careers page
- Design of digital assets such as social media graphics, presentations, and podcast covers
- Implementation of layouts in line with our corporate design guidelines
- Creation of print materials (e.g. flyers)

- Enrolled student in graphic design, communication design, marketing, or a related field
- Confident use of common design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar)
- Strong creative sense for design, trends, and brand communication
- Initial experience in marketing or design is an advantage
- Independent and structured way of working
- Good German language skills; English is a plus
- Interest in current trends in digitalization and technology
